Shipping & Delivery

For most orders, shipping takes place within 1-2 business days of placement (Monday – Friday). You will receive tracking details via the registered email address. Standard delivery time is estimated at 3-5 days from shipment, but may vary depending on your location’s pin code.
We cannot be held responsible for shipment issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies. We will make every effort to expedite delivery in case of delays.
For COD orders, our team will contact you for confirmation before processing.
If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, please contact us at hello@triptribe.in or DM us at @triptribe.in. We strive to process all orders promptly, but sometimes short delays are outside of our hands. Rest assured, our customer support team will work with you to resolve any issues or inconveniences caused. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. If an order has already been processed and shipped, the sale is considered final. We aim to ship all orders within 3-6 business days of placement.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will contact you via email or call if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

Our representatives will do their best to assist you and find a fair resolution. We appreciate your understanding as all sales are final once items have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges


All sales are considered final, as sizing and fit are the customer’s responsibility. However, if a mistake has been made on our end, such as sending a damaged product or incorrect size despite your accurate order details, we will accept a return or exchange.
You may initiate an exchange within 2 days of delivery if the wrong size was received due to our error. Please note there may be applicable reverse pickup charges depending on your location’s pin code area.
Items sold during flash sales cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. It is strongly recommended to refer to our size charts carefully before ordering.
For any sizing or product issues, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@triptribe.in or DM us at @triptribe.in within 2 days. We will do our best to resolve any problems at no additional cost, if caused by our mistake. All other sales are considered final. Please note that after this period lapses, we will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests.
If a returned product shows signs of use or has torn tags, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the product to you. The customer will bear any necessary shipping charges in such cases. Only products in their original, unused condition are eligible for returns. We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping.
