We only accept returns for items delivered in the wrong size from our end no else condition of returns is accepted. As a small team working hard to deliver products at the best prices, we ensure each product undergoes rigorous quality testing before reaching our customers. Please double check the size before placing your order. In the event that a different size is delivered than what you ordered, we will arrange a pickup and process a refund as long as you keep the product in its original, as-is condition with no tags removed and it has not been worn, once the product reaches us we will check if the product is in as is condition and if it meets the condition only then we will initiate a refund. For example, if you ordered a size Medium and received a size Large instead, we will refund you as long as the size Large product is in new and unused condition when you return it. If the returned product shows any signs of damage, wear or altered tags, we will be unable to provide a refund.
